1. Shipping Destinations & Transit Times
We ship to over 230 countries and regions worldwide. Because we fulfill our items globally to bring you the best value, shipping times will vary based on your location:

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and do not include our standard 1–3 business day processing window.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Order Tracking
Once your package leaves our fulfillment hub, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to trace your delivery. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The Finess (operated by Bloopas LLC) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
5. Incorrect Address Disclaimers
We want to make sure your package arrives safely! Please ensure your shipping address is entered completely and correctly at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs to re-send the item.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
